성공한 기업인과 학자들이 보는 성공하는 기업인의 공통 특성을 정리하면

비즈니스 성공을 위한 기업가정신 5가지 덕목을 정리하면

1. 개인 사업자 마인드 버리기: ( 남다른 문제 인식, 몰입과 열정 )
   보다 크고 더 나은 존재가 되어야 한다. 아웃소싱과 위임을 실행하고,  강력한 일-생활의 균형이 필요하다!


2. 자신과 비즈니스에 투자하기: (창의성,기회에 대한 집착)
"비용"과 "투자"의 차이를 인정하라. 모든 것은 ROI에 관한 것이다. "그걸 감당할 수 없어" 같은 조급한 시각의 표현은 그만둬라.


3. 글로벌 사고 리더가 되기: (혁신 역량)
옛날의 판매 방식은 죽었다. 대상 청중에게 스팸을 보내지 말고 매일 가치 있는 콘텐츠로 전문 지식을 제공하라. 그들은 인바운드 조회를 통해 당신을 찾아 올 것이다!


4. 개인 브랜드 육성하기: (도전의식,실행력)
비즈니스를 처음부터 시작하고 모두가 당신에게 몰려올 것이라고 생각하지 마라. 먼저 튼튼한 자신의  브랜드를 구축해야 한다.


5. 매일 네트워킹 습관 만들기: (협력 기술,불확실성에 대한 수용력)
이것은 매일 교섭할 필요가 있는 일상적인 것이어야 한다(운동과 신선한 공기처럼). 누군가에게 편지를 쓰려고 생각하면 항상 쓰라. 다시 말하지만 스팸은 하지 말고 신뢰와 화합을 기반으로 관계를 구축하라.


"코치 카터"는 내가 가장 좋아하는 영화 중 하나이다. 그는 자신의 고등학교 팀에게 농구를 가르칠 수 없다고 말하면서 적절한 기초적인 육체적 피트니스 수준이 갖추어지지 않으면 농구를 가르칠 수 없다고 명확히 전한다.
마찬가지로 영업 마인드셋 원리가 올바르게 갖춰지지 않으면 창업을 가르칠 수 없다. 그리고 이 5가지가 2024년에 대한 훌륭한 시작점을 나타낸다.

5 Entrepreneurship Principles For 2024: 👇

(1) Ditch The Solopreneur Mindset:
You are bigger and better than that. Start outsourcing and delegating. You need a strong work-life balance!

(2) Invest in Yourself & Business:
Start appreciating the difference between “costs” and “investment”. It is all about ROI—so stop using short-sighted phrases like: “I can’t afford that”.

(3) Become a Global Thought Leader:
The old method of sales is DEAD. Don’t spam your target audience; put subject matter expertise in front of them with daily value-adding content. They will reach out to you via inbound enquiries!

(4) Cultivate Your Personal Brand:
Don’t think that you can launch your business from scratch; and expect that everyone will flock to you. You need to lay the foundations first; and that means a strong Personal Brand.

(5) Make Networking A Daily Habit:
This needs to become a daily non-negotiable (like exercise and fresh air). If you are thinking of writing to someone, always do. Again, no spam, but build relationships on the basis of trust and rapport.

One of my favourite films of all time = Coach Carter. He makes it clear to his high school team that he cannot teach them basketball until they have the right foundational physical fitness level.

Likewise, I cannot teach you entrepreneurship until you have the right foundational mindset principles—and these 5 represent a great starting point for 2024.
